Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

  • 500g of black beans
  • 500g of pork ribs
  • 500g of smoked sausage
  • 200g of bacon
  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Etapes à suivre

Préparation : 30 minutes - Cuisson : 3 heures - Repos : 12 heures
  1. Rinse the black beans and soak them in water for at least 12 hours
  2. In a large pot, cook the pork ribs, smoked sausage, and bacon until browned
  3. Add the chopped onions and garlic and cook until softened
  4. Stir in the soaked black beans, bay leaves, and enough water to cover the ingredients
  5. Simmer for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the beans are tender and the flavors are well blended
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste
