Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Dip each chicken breast in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs to coat thoroughly.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Brown the chicken breasts on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
